HOW TO RENT
1. Explore our collection and find your favorite style.
2. Check if the dress is available on the desired date and choose whether you want to rent it for 4 or 7 days. Rent the style!
3. Get the selected style delivered, or pick-up at selected pick-up locations. wear it, and have fun!
4. Return the package. We will take care of the cleaning for you. Rent from Rentage again!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rental Period
The rental period begins on the date of rental and ends on the agreed-upon return date. The pickup and drop-off location is Le Fix at Guldbergsgade 16. Shipping is also available for an additional fee of 40 DKK each way.
Rental Fee and Payment
The rental fee for 4/7 days includes cleaning. To book the dress, the rental fee must be paid in full, and order confirmation must be shown at pickup.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel your booking, 50% of the rental fee can be refunded.
Care and Maintenance
The dress must be handled with care, as if borrowed from a friend. Any necessary alterations will be paid for by the renter. The renter is responsible for the care and maintenance of the dress during the rental period.
Damage and Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage to the dress during the rental period. In case of total damage to the dress, the market price of the dress will be charged, and the renter will keep the dress.
